It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Pasir Ris MRT interchange and shopping destinations like Pasir Ris Mall and White Sands.

Industry experts anticipate this site will attract intense competition when it opens for tender in May 2024. As the only EC site on the confirmed list, it offers a highly attractive value proposition, noted Marcus Chu, CEO of ERA, making it a focal point for developers.

The site is surrounded by a range of amenities, including White Sands, the upcoming Pasir Ris Mall, Pasir Ris Sports Hall, Pasir Ris Hawker Centre, and Downtown East. It is also located within 1km of two primary schools, Casuarina Primary School and Pasir Ris Primary School. In addition, the site is near Pasir Ris MRT Station, which will serve as an interchange for the East-West Line and the future Cross Island Line. The Cross Island Line will provide seamless connectivity from the East to the West and North-eastern regions, connecting areas like Jurong Lake District, Clementi, Turf City, Ang Mo Kio, and Hougang, according to PropNex’s Wong.
