One of Singapore’s rare ECs with sea-facing units kicked off the year. With Bayshore Private estimated at ~$2,800 psf, saving $1,000+ psf is a no-brainer for buyers who understand value.

Queue No. 6 was called — my second time securing a first queue for an EC launch with PropNex. Buyer even wrote “Top 6” as their wish 😆 Sea-view secured. Truly blessed.

Despite some forgoing, we still managed to secure a 4-bedroom EC with a 9xx queue out of 1,000+ applicants — something I’ve honestly never seen before. A 4-bed EC at this price is a golden deal when private new launches can’t even offer a 4-bed below $1.85M.

A special thank-you to the earlier queue buyers for indirectly giving us this golden opportunity. The developer did not overprice the different facings, allowing us to choose the best desired facing at the same price point—a rare scenario. ✨

I fully understand earlier queue buyers concerns around location, and I sincerely wish all buyers the very best in securing their ideal units at the last EC in the East for the next two years.
